North Carolina Annual Report Order

We file your annual report online with the NC Secretary of State. LLCs pay $200 plus the $3 online payment fee and file by April 15 each year, starting the year after formation. Corporations file by the 15th day of the fourth month after fiscal year end (April 15 for calendar-year companies) and pay the online corporate fee. Our service fee is $149 per report (no promo codes on annual reports). Professional corporations are exempt under G.S. 55-16-22(a2).
