Annual report
The North Carolina April 15 Deadline
North Carolina picked the busiest day on the small-business calendar: LLC annual reports are due April 15, and calendar-year corporations owe theirs the same day. It is easy to file a tax extension and forget the Secretary of State report is not extended. Set a reminder for March, or have us file it for $149 plus the state fee.

The state fee is $200, and filing online by card adds a $3 processing charge. The annual report deadline is set by G.S. 57D-2-24 and 55-16-22, not by your tax return. An IRS or NCDOR extension does not extend the Secretary of State report.
